01.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak444 ("ak444", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ak444 online gaming platform available at ak444.live, including all games, payment services, promotions, and customer support features offered through the platform.

03.Account Rules

If ak444 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

04.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ak444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Dutch-Bangla Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. ak444 does not accept cash, bank transfers, or international payment methods at this time.

Deposits are credited to your ak444 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within ten minutes of a confirmed transaction, please contact ak444 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed by ak444 within five minutes in most cases, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ak444 support.
• ak444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

05.Bonuses and Promotions

ak444 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms will take precedence.

All bonuses issued by ak444 are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions — no manual claim is required in most cases.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• ak444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies — will have their bonuses cancelled and may face account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically.

06.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ak444 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The published return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game reflect the long-term statistical payout percentage and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

You may also request voluntary closure of your ak444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
